Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog September 2025 lineup.

In a post on the PlayStation Blog, Sony said September sees WWE 2K25, Persona 5 Tactica, Green Hell, Fate/Samurai Remnant, and more join the subscription service.

Meanwhile, PS2 action-adventure game Legacy of Kain: Defiance joins PlayStation Plus Premium, which makes the game playable on PS4 and PS5 for the first time.

WWE 2K25 launched in March and was received well by critics. IGN’s WWE 2K25 review returned an 8/10. We said: “WWE 2K25 looks fantastic, still feels good to play, and is full of welcome updates both big and small.”

Persona 5 Tactica, meanwhile, is the turn-based strategy spinoff of Atlus’ much-loved role-playing series, Persona. IGN’s Persona 5 Tactica review returned another 8/10. We said: “Persona 5 Tactica is a big bag of bite-sized Phantom Thieves adventures that keeps the spirit of the series alive and shows that it can work great with a grid-based battle system.”

Legacy of Kain: Defiance, developed by Crystal Dynamics, launched in 2003 on PS2, Xbox, and PC, and went down as the fifth and final game in the Legacy of Kain series. It was directed by Amy Hennig, who went on to work on the Jak and Daxter and Uncharted series at Naughty Dog.

All the games are available Tuesday, September 16 in this month’s PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup.
