One Piece, Netflix’s live-action series adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s best-selling manga, returns for Season 2 in 2026. IGN can exclusively reveal new artwork and photos of one of the upcoming season’s most notorious new locations.

According to the show’s synopsis, One Piece: Season 2 will see pirate protagonists “Luffy and the Straw Hats set sail for the extraordinary Grand Line – a legendary stretch of sea where danger and wonder await at every turn. As they journey through this unpredictable realm in search of the world’s greatest treasure, they’ll encounter bizarre islands and a host of formidable new enemies.”

These exclusive images, which you can see by scrolling through the gallery below, give fans a look at the live-action show’s interpretation of Loguetown, a port-of-call for pirates sailing into the Grand Line.

“Loguetown is known as ‘the town of the beginning and the end’, so it’s the perfect place to kick off a new season. It’s a city packed with history, fun, and surprises — some that fans may guess, and a few you won’t see coming,” said Season 2’s Co-Showrunner/Writer/Executive Producer Joe Tracz in a statement to IGN.

“As the last stop before the Grand Line, Loguetown is both a farewell to the past and the start of a new adventure for our Straw Hats. Their world is about to get bigger, the stakes higher, and the villains even more formidable. And it all begins here, setting the stage for the unforgettable journey ahead!”

Actor Iñaki Godoy, who reprises the role of would-be King of the Pirates Monkey D. Luffy, shared Tracz’s enthusiasm for the show’s return.

“In the time between Season 1 and Season 2, the crew, cast, and I were able to connect more deeply with each other, with the world of One Piece, and with what the show asks of us,” the actor said.

“More than anything, I’m just excited for audiences to see something we all feel so proud of. And yes, you can definitely look forward to Luffy eating even more this season!”

In addition to Iñaki Godoy as Luffy, the returning cast includes Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji.

The Season 2 cast also includes: Lera Abova as Miss All Sunday, aka Nico Robin; Joe Manganiello as Mr 0, aka Crocodile; and David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5, and Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9. Season 2 will also include the shape-shifter Tony Tony Chopper. Sadly, Jamie Lee Curtis won’t play Doctor Kureha, despite speculation suggesting otherwise.

The live-action One Piece series was created in partnership with Shueisha and produced by Tomorrow Studios and Netflix. The first season of One Piece spent eight weeks on Netflix’s Global Top 10, reaching #1 in over 75 countries when it debuted in 2023.

One Piece has already been renewed for a third season. Look for more new reveals from One Piece: Season 2 over the next six consecutive weeks, and be sure to read our One Piece: Season 1 review.
