Customers of Morrisons’ More loyalty programme can now access it on Deliveroo thanks to a new partnership between the two businesses.

Customers of Morrison More’s loyalty programme will be able to enter their Morrisons More loyalty card number at checkout on the delivery app and save the card on their account for future orders.

The loyalty programme allows customers to earn More Points every time they shop in-store, online or at selected Morrisons Daily outlets and earn five ‘More Points’ for every product purchased and additional points on selected promotional items.

Users who accumulate up to 5,000 points can redeem them for a £5 voucher (called a “Fiver”) to spend in shop or online.

As part of the launch, customers can also earn an extra 500 points by spending £30 or more on Morrisons products on Deliveroo between Monday 31 March and Sunday 13 April.

The partnership, which currently covers around 15,000 products, gives also access to personalised offers, discounts and special prices on selected products.

Morrisons and Deliveroo entered an initial collaboration in 2020 to provide food delivery services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The collaboration allowed customers to order essential groceries from Morrisons through the Deliveroo app.

Since then, the collaboration has grown to cover 400 supermarkets and 500 convenience stores. The collaboration also included the launch of the Deliveroo HOP fast food delivery service.

Charlotte Exell, director of online at Morrisons, said the initiative aims to provide more value and flexibility to loyalty card holders by offering them More Points when they order from supermarkets on Deliveroo.

Suzy McClintock, vice president of new verticals at Deliveroo, added: “We are very excited to be the first delivery platform to roll out Morrisons More, ensuring our customers can access even more value and rewards on top of the great selection and convenience this partnership already provides.”
