Remnant 2 is an action survival game full of mysterious places. These places contain several valuable resources to progress in the game. Each one has a different boss and creatures that can be defeated to get valuable items. However, a few places are hidden throughout the game, and players can not access these locations directly.
Hatchery is also one of the secreted locations in Remnant 2. Players who are exploring the N’Erud map mostly encounter this location, which contains many exclusive items, including a Ring, Tome of Knowledge, and Cracked Shell, which can be obtained by defeating Hatchery’s boss, Primogenitor. Unfortunately, Hatchery is a locked facility, and unlocking it is quite tricky for the players. Read this guide to unlock the door quickly.
Remnant 2: How to Get Meridian Handgun
The Meridian Handgun is hard to spot in Remnant 2, but this guide ensures that the players reading it don’t face the same difficulty.
How to Unlock Hatchery Locked Door
The first thing you need to do is locate the door. This can be done by entering into the Hatchery dungeon and following through the passage. You will find a locked door at the end of the hall. This door cannot be unlocked directly, so follow further steps.
Discover the Secret Vent
Proceed to the right side of the door, where you’ll discover an entrance. Enter it directly. On your right side, locate and shoot a few white barrels using either a melee or ranged weapon. This action will reveal a hidden vent beneath the barrels.
Find the Climbing Ladder
Enter into the secret vent and crouch your character. Follow the vent until an opening exit is seen. After leaving the vent, you will see the climbing ladder.
Look for Wall Opening
Ascend the ladder to reach a hallway. Head towards the right side of the hallway and collect the Rerouting Cable. Afterward, proceed to the left side of the hallway. While moving to the right side, carefully look for a small opening and explore the surroundings carefully to find it.
Shoot the Barrels
Once it has been found, peek through this opening and look for electric barrels in it. To restore the cable connections, you will need to shoot them down. You can use any gun to shoot it to restore the connection.
Return to the Door
When the connection has been restored, return to the door by following the same route that has been used to reach it. Alternatively, you can also jump from the vent on your left side to save time.
