The Smart Monitor M9 also offers support for three artificial intelligence (AI) features, namely 4K AI Upscaling Pro, AI Picture Optimiser, and Active Voice Amplifier (AVA) Pro. Samsung claims that these features can dynamically improve the quality of audio and video, based on the user’s surroundings and the content that is being played on the monitor.

All three monitors are slated to receive seven years of One UI Tizen upgrades. Users can also access Microsoft 365 apps on the monitor, without connecting a computer, and they offer support for Multi Control support for Multi View when used with other Samsung devices.
