The first look at Nicolas Cage as the live-action Spider-Noir was revealed by MGM+ and Prime Video at Amazon’s annual upfront presentation on Monday. The image of Cage in costume can be seen below.

Based on the Marvel comic Spider-Man Noir, the series due out in 2026 “tells the story of an aging and down on his luck private investigator (Cage) in 1930s New York, who is forced to grapple with his past life as the city’s one and only superhero,” according to the official synopsis.

In addition to Nicolas Cage in the title role, the Sony Pictures Television-produced series stars Lamorne Morris, Brendan Gleeson, Abraham Popoola, Li Jun Li, Karen Rodriguez, and Jack Huston.
