The first trailer for Marvel’s Fantastic Four movie could be dropping sooner than you think.
Fantastic Four: First Steps is one of three Marvel movies premiering in 2025 alongside Captain America: Brave New World and Thunderbolts. However, we’ve still yet to see a trailer for the Fantastic Four film despite its July 25, 2025 release date.
While some suggested a trailer might appear during the Super Bowl, a now edited press release for Good Morning America seems to indicate the first trailer might premiere next week on February 4, 2025.
ABC’s Good Morning America morning show released its schedule for the upcoming week and for Tuesday’s show, the release said that the show will feature “the debut of the ‘The Fantastic Four: First Stepts” movie trailer. However, the press release has since been edited to remove any mention of the trailer.

A trailer for Fantastic Four should be coming soon, especially since we’re months away from the movie’s premiere. However, a surprise appearance on Good Morning America wasn’t as obvious a landing spot as the Super Bowl. At the same time, Good Morning America’s broadcasting company, ABC, is owned by Disney so it makes sense to showcase the newest Marvel film there.
No plot details have been revealed yet for the Fantastic Four film but the main cast has already been announced with Pedro Pascal as Mister Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as The Thing. Robert Downey Jr. has been confirmed as Doctor Doom, though how and why Tony Stark is now Doom is the big mystery.
While we’re still months away from Fantastic Four and the start of Phase Six, we still have a new Captain America movie and Thunderbolts to watch in order to finish Phase Five.
