In Zenless Zone Zero, playing with your friends is not straightforward, since you can’t invite them directly to join your main adventure. Instead, it is exclusive to very few modes in the game and does not involve the main story. Among these modes is the Arcade, where you will find the Reckless Challenges, which include boss fights. You’ll unlock these multiplayer options as you advance through the game.

To get into the Reckless Challenge mode, you’ll need to use the VR device found inside the Video Store, right next to the workbench. Once you find the VR device, interact with it and select the Reckless Challenge mode to start matchmaking.

How To Add Friends In Zenless Zone Zero

Here is a step-by-step process on how to add friends in Zenless Zone Zero:

• Start by launching Zenless Zone Zero on your preferred platform. Wait until you see your character on the screen.
• Press the Pause button to open the game menu.
• Click on your profile name. This will take you to the account information page where you can manage your profile and friend settings.
• On the account information page, look in the top right corner of the screen and click on Inter-Knot Friends.
• In this section, click on Add Friends. Enter the UID of the friend you want to add.
• After entering the UID, initiate the search. Once the search results appear, select your friend’s profile and add them.
• To view the profiles of your friends, click on My Friends in the Inter-Knot Friends section. This allows you to keep track of your friends’ activities and status.
