Rockstar surprised fans this morning by dropping a new trailer for GTA 6. This appears to be the final full trailer for the game before launch, but it paints a picture of the thrilling story. The new trailer highlights some of the more romantic and steamy moments between Jason and Lucia alongside major action setpieces, including one where someone dangles off a payload that is being flown across Vice City. It’s pretty over the top, but in all of the right ways.
We’ve put together a slideshow of some of the key images from the trailer, allowing you to take in some details you may have missed, such as the fact that Jason has a dog with him during one of his helicopter rides. You can take a look at the new images down below. Remember, the GTA 6 launch trailer was entirely captured in-game from a PS5, so what you’re seeing here is how the game will run on base PS5, not the PS5 Pro. We’re yet to see the game running on the Xbox Series X and S.

Rockstar Games has confirmed that players will be able to pre-download the game starting on November 12, ensuring you’ll be fully prepared for the game’s release as soon as it becomes available. Despite this seemingly being the final trailer, GTA 6 will still have plenty of marketing beats between now and launch.
It’s been a busy month GTA 6. Rockstar has been taking over Miami with murals, blimps, and signange. It is even preparing to re-decorate Miami Beach with GTA 6-themed items, such as umbrellas. On November 18, the NBA will host a GTA 6-themed regular season game in Miami with a Vice City themed court, jerseys, and in-person activations. No expense has been spared in marketing this game and we’re likely going to see a bunch of other marketing beats in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, we’ve got a report on what sounds like the end of Cyberleek, details of GTA 6’s sweat system, and confirmation GTA 6 is eligible for The Game Awards 2026. GTA 6 will finally release on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S. A PC release is also rumored for early 2027.
