Fans attending IGN Live 2026 will have the opportunity to be the first to watch the first two episodes of the new animated series Adventure Time: Side Quests on Saturday, June 7th at 12:45pm PT.
This special, in-person advance screening is happening weeks before the series premieres June 29th on Disney+ and Hulu.
IGN Live 2026 is a multi-day celebration of video games and entertainment that will take place at the Magic Box @ The Reef in downtown Los Angeles on June 6 – 7 from 9 am – 5 pm PT. Tickets are now on sale.
Produced by Cartoon Network Studios, Adventure Time: Side Quests is a companion series to the award-winning original show Adventure Time.
According to the official synopsis, Adventure Time: Side Quests “follows young hero Finn and his magical dog best friend Jake as they embark on adventures across the fantastical land of Ooo — partying with cloud people and punching evil in the butt along the way.”
The new series “builds on the spirit of the early seasons, delivering lighter, self-contained adventures. Designed to introduce a new generation of fans to the land of Ooo, whilst giving existing fans more of what they love, the series brings standalone, silly quests and playful challenges – celebrating the joyful chaos of Finn and Jake’s adventures.”
The voice cast includes Sasha Knight as Finn the Human, John DiMaggio as Jake the Dog, Tom Kenny as Ice King, Hynden Walch as Princess Bubblegum, Olivia Olson as Marceline, and Niki Yang as BMO. Adventure Time: Side Quests is executive produced by Nate Cash, with Darrick Bachman serving as Story Editor. Victor Courtright and Niki Yang direct, Nick Cross is the Art Director, and Matthew Janszen is the Composer.
Adventure Time: Side Quests joins a stellar IGN Live lineup that includes CONTROL Resonant, Netflix’s Avatar: The Last Airbender, Jackass: Best and Last, Rick and Morty, Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed, Magic the Gathering, Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, WWE’s Kevin Owens and much, more more.
